In-App Purchases
Information About Discounts and Offers

In the in-game Shop of Clash of Clans (“Shop”), you may purchase with “real world money”, a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable right to use gems, resources and other virtual currencies, virtual in-game items, content or features all for use in Clash of Clans ("Virtual Items"). The provision of Virtual Items in Clash of Clans is a service provided by Supercell that commences immediately upon acceptance by Supercell of your purchase.
You expressly agree that we will start the performance of the purchase agreement of Virtual Items or any other digital content before the expiration of any statutory withdrawal period defined in applicable laws. You give explicit prior consent that the content you have purchased will be delivered to you before the withdrawal period ends and you thereby lose the statutory right of withdrawal.

Bundles of Items
Bundles provided in the "Offers" tab of the in-game shop include bundles of multiple Virtual Items. These bundles always offer better value than if all the items were to be bought individually. Offers including cosmetic items (Hero Skins, Sceneries, Decorations) are predominantly sold using nominal prices of the cosmetics, without any discount. When a special offer for cosmetics becomes occasionally available, the price will always be lower than the nominal price.
Personal Offers
In an effort to better meet player expectations, we may offer in Clash of Clans different offers or bundles depending on your game account circumstances and progression. As a result, different players may see different sets of offers at the same time. However, we always ensure that the total value of Virtual Items received for the same level of spending is identical for all players (with the exception of special one-off offers that may be shown to players who have never made a purchase, or haven’t done so in a long time). Personal Offers can be disabled at any time in the game’s Settings menu and may be off by default depending on the requirements of applicable laws.
