In-Game Advertisements

Every now and then, you may receive the chance to watch an ad in exchange for in-game rewards. Ads can be found in the following areas of the game:

• Daily Deals and Mystery Boxes in the Shop

• ‘Speed up’ option for Production Buildings

• Movie Tickets may appear by the mailbox, offering resources in exchange for viewing an ad

If you’re having issues watching ads in game, there are a few reasons why this might be happening:

• Ads are temporarily unavailable: Sometimes, we simply run out of ads to show. Don’t worry, we’ll have more ready soon!

• Ad blocking software: If you have an ad blocker installed or if ads are blocked from certain networks, ads will not be displayed in game.

• Young player account: Ads are not shown to accounts owned by younger players.

• Technical issues: There may be technical problems affecting the availability of ads.

Technical Issues? Try This!

The above are the most common reasons why you can’t see ads in the game. However, there are a few things you can do to try and get them back.

• Check your internet connection: Make sure you have a strong, stable WiFi or mobile data connection.

• Download the official version: Download the game from Google Play or the App Store. We cannot verify the safety of versions from other sources.

• Update your device: Ensure your device’s operating system is up to date.

• Free up storage: Make sure your device has at least 2GB of free storage.

• Adjust your privacy settings: Remove the ad blocker features/applications from your device settings.

Your in-game privacy settings could affect how you see ads. You can update your preferences in the consent pop-up by following the instructions below:

1. Tap the ‘Settings’ button.

2. Select ‘Adv. Settings’.

3. Scroll to Manage Consent Choices and tap ‘Manage’.

4. Adjust the settings based on your preferences.

5. If you have adjusted these settings before, select ‘Accept All’.

6. Restart the game to apply the changes.
