We understand your situation. It’s never nice to have someone messing with your account. It’s a good idea to change your email password as soon as you notice suspicious behavior.
You’ll receive an email from Supercell when someone logs into your Supercell ID on a new device. The email will describe the device and location the login was made from. If you don’t recognize this login, select ‘This is not my device’. This will take you to a page where you can log out of SC ID on all devices.
This should temporarily prevent anyone else from accessing your accounts. When you log back in to your account, it’s a good idea to change the email connected to your SC ID. If you have Account Protection enabled, you can do this yourself without needing to contact Support.
Account Protection
Account Protection is an extra layer of security you can apply to your SC ID. It works by generating recovery codes and integrating SMS authentication, allowing you to reset access or change the email address connected to your SC ID safely.
Please note! Recovery Codes and SMS authentication codes should never be shared with anyone other than Supercell Support agents. Agents will only ask for codes like these in Support tickets which are opened via the in-game ‘Help and Support’ section.
Our Support team is here to help you get your account back. If we are able to verify that you are the owner of the SC ID, we’ll make sure that others can no longer access your account by changing the email connected to it. You will be asked to provide a new email address that is not already connected to Supercell ID during the recovery process.
You can contact us by following the steps below.
